Exchange & Returns Policy
We understand that there may be a circumstance where you wish to return a product to us, for whatever reason. To enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances, we have created the following Returns Policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g. your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Returns Window
Customers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to return an item.
Conditions for Return
You are entitled to return a product where:

We receive the returned product within 14 days of the date you received your order;

The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all seals, tags, or labels intact;

The product is in a resalable condition;

The return includes a completed returns form (included with your order);

You follow the returns procedure below;

None of the exclusions outlined below apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note, we do not refund shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Exchanges (Size Only)
If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a like-for-like exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

Simply complete the returns form included with your order and indicate the size you would like in exchange.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will dispatch the requested size.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return.
Please note: exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
