A2A3 in Nigeria
We spent time in Nigeria recently.

Part work, part fun. Moving around, meeting people, eating well, taking everything in. At the same time, we were there to look properly at how things are made — fabrics, tailoring, production speed, and what’s actually possible on the ground.
Most of the time was spent in Lagos. Tailors working fast. Manufacturers set up for volume. Small workshops turning out sharp custom pieces without the overheads you see elsewhere. There’s skill everywhere, and it’s not hidden.
Nigeria’s fashion scene is growing because it’s practical. People make things, sell things, wear things — daily. There’s less separation between idea and execution. That’s interesting to us.
We’re exploring what it could look like to develop custom A2A3 pieces from there. Not rushing it. Just understanding quality, relationships, and process before making any moves.
Good energy. Strong talent. Serious potential.
More soon.
