Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification by email, letting you know that we have received your order. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be sent to you by email.

We offer FREE standard shipping to all our customers in the UK.

All ORDERS in the UK, unless otherwise agreed, will be shipped via: ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR 1ST CLASS.

Your order is shipped from our studio in west London. As all of our pieces are handmade and to avoid wastage in our production cycle, we make custom make each piece according to orders. We aim to ship within 14 days. However, in exceptional circumstances, an order may take up to 21 days to arrive. For these exceptional circumstances, we will update you asap.

We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING and will do our best to deliver your purchases to any place in the world.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged at £12.50 and may take up to 7-10 working days or longer to reach their destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

International orders, unless otherwise agreed, will be shipped via: FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY.

You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes which may be imposed by your local customs outside the UK and the EU.


Alternatively orders can be collected from a depot. Therefore we advise that it is best to give us an address where someone will be there to sign.

If an item is "OUT OF STOCK" we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this. We aim to ship items “IN STOCK” within two working days after receiving cleared payment.

All deliveries are trackable online, provided the carrier allows it. 

Orders from OUTSIDE THE EU: Your local customs may add a SALES TAX, which we can’t predict or take responsibility for.

Sorry, at the moment we can’t redirect orders after items have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you, in this case, to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
